Cultivating wellbeing for coaches and coachees
About the session
Mindfulness can enhance the wellbeing of coaches by raising awareness of their own self- care needs, thus avoiding the risk of burn-out and compassion fatigue.
Eike will share experiential mindfulness practices and strategies that cultivate wellbeing through appreciation, gratitude, kindness and self-compassion. Ana will complement the session by providing practical tools and exercises that focus on supporting the wellbeing of coachees, with a focus on fitness to practice and ethical practice.
