Christopher is an educator, accredited coach, and leadership development practitioner. He is a Governor of the University of West London, a visiting lecturer with the University of Westminster and is currently the Director of Mentoring with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. He has 30 years’ experience in executive HR and management consulting roles. He has worked across sectors in banking, energy, FMCG and with not for profits.

Most recently, he has been the interim CEO of Equal Plus, a diversity and inclusion consulting firm. He has a master’s degree from INSEAD and a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. The results of his research work on ethics in the workplace, have been published by the Harvard Business Review. Christopher’s focus is on enabling talented individuals to grow as leaders.
