Dr Jenni Jones is an Associate Professor in Coaching and Mentoring at the University of Wolverhampton Business School, UK. She teaches undergraduate and professional postgraduate programmes mostly focussed on coaching, mentoring, HRD, leadership, change and diversity. She actively researches in these areas and has presented at national and international conferences, as well as publishing books and articles in these areas.

She is a qualified coach and mentor, and an experienced HR professional, having worked in a variety of sectors in HRM and HRD leadership roles. She works with external clients, leading a variety of coaching and mentoring programmes including reverse mentoring and women only mentoring programmes within the public, private and not for profit sector.
