Linbert has been helping organisations and individuals to transform themselves for more than 30 years. He is an international consultant specialising in inclusion, leadership, performance management, personal development, and coachmentoring, and has facilitated learning and development seminars and workshops in more than 20 countries as well as across the UK.

Linbert is a member and non-executive Director of EMCC UK and leads EMCC Global’s Inclusion, Diversity and Equality agenda. He is a trustee of the HEART Academies Multi-Academy Trust in Bedford and the Harpur Trust, also in Bedford, it’s a grant making Trust with responsibility for 4 independent school. He also chairs the Community Strategy Committee of the Harpur Trust. A former professional actor, international athlete, television presenter and CEO of a national not for profit organisation, Linbert has appeared in many documentary television and radio programmes including two appearances on BBC Television’s Question Time.

A prolific public speaker, he is author of The Diversity Pocket Book; How to Build a Multi-Ethnic Church; How to Create Inclusive Environments; and co-authored or contributed to, a number of other publications.
