Deeply involved in coaching research, Pauline investigates power dynamics and ethical issues in the practice of coaching; in brief, she is interested in some of the darker sides of coaching. You can take a look at her research through her academic articles and books.

Pauline's perspectives build on her international experience as an educator and researcher in management. She graduated from HEC Paris with a Master of Science in Management, as well as a PhD in Human Resources Management; she also got a Research Master in Sociology of Power (Paris University). Today she is an Associate Professor in Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management where she is a member of the Economic Peace Chair.

Pauline lives in France after 8 years in California (USA) and in Colombia.
