Rita is an experienced coach, supervisor and leadership development professional, working with individuals, teams and on large scale leadership development programmes. She is accredited at Senior Practitioner level and trained in team coaching, Time to Think, Psychological Safety and in profiling.

She formerly spent 22 years in the NHS, in a variety of roles including at CEO level. Rita works with individual organisations and is an associate for several other organisations, with a diverse portfolio, including establishing a national programme for Reciprocal Mentoring for Inclusion. More recently she has undertaken challenging work in the area of inclusion with corporates. She is a former President of EMCC UK and active in the coaching profession.

She has two wonderful grown up daughters and enjoys getting out in nature with her dog.
