Victoria is an Executive Coach and works with senior leaders and executives across the globe. She gained her coaching qualifications at the University of Cambridge and is an EMCC Accredited Coach and Mentor at Senior Practitioner Level. She holds a volunteer role at EMCC UK as Deputy Director of Professional Development, with a focus on Accreditation.

Before starting her coaching practice, she worked in global leadership roles for organisations including Amazon and Marriott and is one of 18% of women to reach the C-Suite. She is also a trustee and a board advisor.

Two of her top character strengths are ‘Zest’ and an ‘Appreciation of Beauty and Excellence’ and she embraces these in her free time by cooking up Asian delights for her family, walking her dogs on the beach, spending fun times with friends and getting creative with her sewing machine.
